CliqProperty

Digitizing Property Management in a Paper-Driven Market

Client Overview

CliqProperty is a Bangladesh-based property management SaaS startup built for small to mid-sized landlords, building owners, and real-estate agents. In a market where over 70% of property owners still rely on notebooks, Excel sheets, and phone calls for tenant coordination, the platform aims to centralize listings, tenancy monitoring, rent tracking, and document storage into a single digital system.

Market Context

Bangladesh’s real estate sector is rapidly expanding, but digital adoption remains uneven. Large developers use advanced ERP systems, while independent landlords and brokers often operate without structured tools. This gap creates inefficiencies in rent recovery, tenant communication, and documentation handling. As a result, SaaS adoption for property management is growing but still requires strong education, brand trust, and consistent digital visibility.

The Challenge

CliqProperty approached us with two major obstacles:

  1. Low digital awareness — the brand had no online footprint or visual identity.
  2. Low user trust — landlords and agents were hesitant to adopt unfamiliar cloud software due to habit-driven manual workflows.

The core objective was to build a professional, credible presence, educate users about digital property workflows, and generate demo/trial signups at scale.

Strategy & Approach

Our plan focused on a structured, content-first digital launch. We built a unified visual identity using a clean palette and strong typography that aligned with PropTech standards. Then we created a channel-ready content architecture aligned to user needs:
• “Why digitize your property?”
• “Common landlord pain-points”
• “Feature walkthroughs and benefits”
• “Local success stories and use-cases”

We implemented a daily posting workflow covering static posts, infographics, micro-explainers, and short animations illustrating everyday issues such as rent follow-ups, overdue tracking, tenancy renewal reminders, and document mismanagement — and how CliqProperty solves them.

Key Actions Executed

• Produced 25 branded posts in the first month, establishing full visual consistency
• Built a focused demo-signup landing page with streamlined forms
• Ran targeted Meta ad campaigns for landlords and real-estate professionals in Dhaka, Chattogram, and emerging suburban rental hubs
• Analyzed audience insights, timing patterns, and content resonance to refine scripts, visuals, and messaging
• Deployed lightweight educational reels to simplify feature explanation for non-technical users

Results & Performance

Within 10 weeks of launch, CliqProperty saw measurable traction:
• Social followers grew from zero to 3,200
• Engagement rate stabilized at 4.5%, significantly surpassing the PropTech average of 1.2–2%
• 215 qualified demo leads generated through the landing page
• 58% of signups transitioned to trial requests, indicating strong product-market relevance
• Feedback highlighted clarity, professionalism, and trustworthiness of the brand presence

This initiative shows how structured identity building and disciplined content deployment can unlock trust, education, and early adoption in a traditionally offline sector.
