Though well-known locally for word-of-mouth referrals, Bay View Holidays lacked a coherent digital presence. Their social media pages were scattered, branding inconsistent, and they had no systematic workflow for content, resulting in minimal online visibility and low lead generation. The objective was to build a polished digital identity, organize their offerings clearly, and attract new clients via social media within 3 months.
