Waseel is a Chattogram‑based travel agency specializing in Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage packages. They offer complete service bundles including travel visas, faith‑guidance briefings, flight and accommodation coordination, and group‑based travel management tailored to Bangladeshi pilgrims.
Challenge / Objective
Waseel had a modest offline reputation but minimal digital footprint. Their social media presence was inconsistent, brand identity unclear, and online engagement almost non‑existent. The objective was to professionally elevate their digital presence, structure content workflows, and build trust among pilgrims who often rely on reputation and clarity before booking.

We designed a comprehensive social‑media branding overhaul, combining structured visual identity, content categorization, and consistent posting workflows. Our goal was to build authority, convey transparency of services and costs, and create a reliable channel for pilgrims to inquire and book packages.
Key Actions Taken
We developed a brand style guide — colors, typography, logo usage — and applied it across all touchpoints. We created content categories (e.g. “Package Highlights,” “Pilgrim Stories,” “Visa Guidance,” “Travel Tips & Dua”), designed post templates, and set up a content calendar with daily upload workflows. We produced 12 high‑quality visuals, 6 testimonial-style reels from past clients, and informative carousels explaining visa and travel procedures. We integrated an inquiry-to-booking pipeline via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. We also ran geo-targeted campaigns reaching Muslims aged 25–55 in Bangladesh.
Measurable Outcomes
Within eight weeks of relaunch, they attained 1,650 organic followers and 4,200 total reach per post. Engagement rate rose to 6.8%, bookings from social channels doubled compared to their previous quarter, and average booking value rose by 18%. Inquiry-to-conversion time shortened by 35%, demonstrating a smoother client acquisition funnel.
